Greg was adopted by a small gray tabby female cat in February, 2001, when she disappeared into his truck engine near Byron, CA. After unsuccessfully trying to get her out for 15 minutes, Greg gave up and drove off. When he stopped, the cat was visible and had been chewed up a little by the fan belts and was still determined not to come out. Luckily, a vet friend had some sedative and after a little dismantling, we were able to get her out. Greg thought that he would take care of her until she got better, but she charmed him into keeping her. Little did he know that she came with two toy surprises, which showed up a couple of moths later. So now, instead of no cats, where Greg was perfectly comfortable, he and Mel now have three. The momma cat has been named Gypsy (since she was found on the road) and the daughters Lucy and Amelia. Pity poor Greg, he now has to live with four women.

Amelia was born around April 2001. She is spayed and has all her shots.
